I assembled and managed a team consisting of a PR consultant, intern, writer, designer, and a photographer. The marketing team, under my guidance, created all the visual and written marketing campaign assets for the Michael Farina Mayoral campaign. The Mayoral campaign ran during COVID, so the marketing focused on deploying direct mail, email, blogs, press releases and both organic and sponsored geo-targeted social media campaigns. The social media campaign saw a 60% increase in organic engagement across all channels and an average 2% CTR for the sponsored social media campaign.
