I redesigned the Annual Report utilizing new brand standards and set up style sheets and templates for future publications. The redesign for the Annual Report and future assets incorporate different historical elements found at the Village in creative ways. For example, the wallpaper used in the annual report as a background is historically accurate to help connect what is found at the museum to the content on the printed page. I also did extensive photo research in the museums’ archive of photos to ensure that all the photos throughout the Annual were of the highest quality but also connected visually to the written content. I incorporated “learn more” boxes where appropriate at the end of the stories to drive readers to the website to increase engagement.
